Your Groomer

Hi there! My name is Paola. I’m a professional pet groomer and former veterinary technician that has been working with pets in the Bay Area since 2008. I got my first taste of grooming as a veterinary technician working at Oakland Animal Services by doing emergency comfort grooms for the severely matted dogs that the shelter took in so that they could be properly examined and treated by the vets. These dramatic transformations often triggered equally dramatic changes in their personalities- my favorite part of grooming them was seeing how happy these dogs were once they were clean and free to easily move around.

Shortly after leaving my position there, I started working for one of San Francisco’s best mobile grooming companies where I trained under two experienced and talented groomers. I quickly fell in love with the concept of mobile grooming and its many benefits for cats, dogs, and their families.

Now several years into my grooming career I continue to actively learn new things every day. I consider it essential to keep up with evolving industry standards, new techniques and products to be able to provide the best possible service to every pet entrusted into my care.
